First Time Visitors

All daycare and boarding dogs must be registered with Piedmont Bark. Proof of current Rabies, DHLP, Parvo and Bordatella vaccinations is required. There is a one-time $25 registration fee to register your dog. This fee includes the following:

A trial day of at least six hours is required for all new dogs. The trial day is used for a temperament test to make sure that all dogs socialize and acclimate to the open run environment.

Verification of your pet's vaccinations

Unspayed/unneutered puppies up to six months are permitted for daycare and boarding. No other unspayed/unneutered dogs are permitted.

Prohibited Breeds: To ensure the safety of our staff and our clients and their pets, Piedmont Bark does not accept the following breeds: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and mixed variations thereof. Additionally, we reserve the right to turn away any dog deemed aggressive toward people or another dog.

Upon your pet's first visit with us, you will be asked to sign the required Sebastian Enterprises, LLC - Piedmont Bark Release Form verifying the information on this registration form. Please contact us if someone other than yourself (the owner as identified in this registration form) will be dropping off your dog for it’s first stay at Piedmont Bark. This being case, we will need to send you a release form in advance to be signed and returned at the time of drop-off. Under no circumstances, may a dog be left in Piedmont Bark’s care without a signed release form.
